(no subject)

Yay.. I forgot my parents are so.. uh.. uber religious. Silly me, how could I forget?
So I'm watching this show on snakes and calling them cute.. mum's reaction? "I hate snakes."
Bring up the fact someone I know has a pet boa/python. Mum's reaction? "Yeah they're cute til they strangle you in your sleep."
Rolled my eyes at this... she said something along the lines of.. "I really hate snakes.. must have something to do with the bible." I scoffed. She replied "The Lord said--" I just can't stand how people judge snakes based on what.. The Lord said. Told her I don't care what 'The Lord said' and she said.. "Well don't you read the Bible?"

I'm not a religious person. I respect those who are. I haven't really said a prayer. Thus, mumsy said that I was sad. That kind of sad where it's like.. I pity you kind of sad.

So I'm a weirdo I guess for wanting to go against The Lord's words and like snakes... I don't fit in with society for wanting to 'stereotype' myself by wearing a fookin' bandana on my head.
I dunno... I'm angry and sad at the same time.. but I could really care less what mum thinks about me. *huffs a sigh*
