Dayside vs. Nightside.


I don't even know where to begin. I understand that there are only two shifts at work... day and night... what I don't understand is... how dayside can get away with things. First off... there's more people on the dayside crew. Over 15 I wanna say. Nightside there's about... lemme see... 8? 9?

Whatever, so if one of the nightside crew members get sick, it screws up everything, because then someone's at a risk of overtime.

Tonight was just awful... I think I myself only happened to be frustrated for all of five seconds when someone snapped back at me. I was too busy being frightened by all the anger that was going around.

My job is just so hard to explain in words... that, well... I don't know.

In the meantime...
